Would there be a benefit, or detriment, to performing STAR more often than 3x/week?

i don't see a determent in doing STAR every day...as a general entire body workout for colorie burn etc...as far as the neuro benifits 3X a week will develop and keep the body tuned just fine.  do 1X a week and i'd expect to see a loss in peak performance.   I know a couple of people who do 5Xplus per week and have great performance. what you might consider is MWF the STAR and TuTh do the anaerobic program http://www.impulsepower.com/its/programs/endurance.html
